He allegedly posed as a Central Investigation Agency (CIA) operative to defraud global businessmen, including Dutch oil trader Niels Troost. The detailed investigation, conducted by “Project Brazen,” reveals the extent of Srivastava’s deception, including false claims about his connections to the CIA, involvement in top-secret missions, and hostage situations. The investigation further exposes Srivastava’s attempt to manipulate Troost into making him a partner in his business under false pretenses. Legal papers indicate a pattern of deceit, leading to the termination of their business relationship and ongoing legal action against Srivastava, described as a serial conman and fraud.
