Baloch Liberation Front confirms casualties in Pakistan airstrikes inside Iran.

Islamabad: This morning, Pakistan conducted successful airstrikes within Iranian territory, resulting in the elimination of several members of a separatist group, as tensions escalate in a diplomatic crisis between the Asian neighbors.

Following the airstrikes in Balochistan the previous day, Pakistani forces executed a series of precisely coordinated and targeted strikes against Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) hideouts in the Iranian province of Sistan and Baluchestan.

The BLF acknowledged casualties from the Pakistani strikes, which are being referred to as “Operation Marg Bar Sarmachar.” In a statement released by the Baloch terror group, it confirmed the deaths of its members and declared war on Pakistan in response to the recent hostilities.

The Foreign Office later in the day verified Pakistan’s meticulously coordinated and targeted military strikes against terrorist hideouts, characterizing it as an Intelligence-based operation named ‘Marg Bar Sarmachar.’ The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated serious concerns about the safe havens and sanctuaries utilized by Pakistani-origin terrorists, self-identifying as Sarmachars, within the ungoverned spaces in Iran.

Islamabad presented multiple dossiers containing concrete evidence of the presence and activities of these terrorists. Pakistan expressed disappointment over the lack of action against the Sarmachars, who continued to pose a threat to Pakistani lives. The recent operation was conducted based on credible intelligence indicating an imminent large-scale terrorist activity by these individuals.

Emphasizing its right to defend national security against all threats, Islamabad highlighted the successful execution of this highly complex operation as a testament to the professionalism of the Pakistan Armed Forces, according to the Foreign Office.
